Power Rangers SPD - Episode 13: "Abandoned"
A lot of this episode followed the Dekaranger episode shot-for-shot. The acting wasn't as good as the last episode, though DC is still pretty cool. Baskins was a fun character and I wouldn't be dissapointed if he showed up again. Not a bad filler episode.

Digging the new opening. Looks like Shadow gets the ATV. Next week looks to be pretty good. DekaBaseRobo makes its appearance.
W.I.T.C.H. - Episode 14: "Parent's Night"
And here's the payoff. Excellent episode this morning with plenty of action and drama to go around. Elyon learns of her heritage and is caught between Cedric and the Witches. Very suspenseful to see which path she chooses. She finally meets up with Phobos who puts on the nice, wonderful brother act. Elyon unwittingly leads the Witches and Caleb into a fight with a spider for some reason. Oh yeah, Caleb vs. Cedric was a bad-ass scene. And when I say bad-ass, I mean awesome.
Rating: A-
Next week seems to be an aftermath kind of thing.
Gundam SEED Destiny - Episode 27: "The Unreaching Feelings"
Found this rather boring. We learn that Djibril and Neo are in cahoots, and they've got the Destroy Gundam coming in from Russia, which Dulindal seems to have a hand in. Interesting. No change in Stellar's condition, though Auel seems to be aware that something is missing in their group. Orb and the EA launch another attack on the Minerva and the Archangel is on it's way to join the battle.
Rating: B-
In other news, today's D+D session was eventful. Our resident dwarf fell in battle, and the rest of the party continues in their search for the spy in the King's town. We find him quickly enough, and he takes the form of a demon. Yah. After a great struggle and a couple well-placed spells, we manage to defeat him. I gain a level. Yay.

Get the hell out of my house
Fullmetal Alchemist - Episode 24: "Bonding Memories"
Another emotional episode. The Ishbal colony is attacked and they have to find a new hiding spot. Again. Al stumbles upon them and has and interesting conversation with Scar who also makes a return. Al and Scar make a good team. Cool scene when they storm the hideout. The lightning alchemist had a nifty attack and I thought Rick was going to die. Nope, turns out the locket was right where the dagger was. Should've seen that one coming. Ed's question was sort of a cop-out. It wasn't the huge revelation that I thought it was going to be.

Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex - Episode 24 "Annihilation"
Pretty cool episode. A Tachikoma shows up. Yay. Lots of great action and I swear to God, if Aramaki dared to betray Section 9, he loses his Cool-Character status. You heard me. It's nice to see Togusa back on his feet. The scenes with the robots and soldiers were very well-animated. I didn't expect to see them followed, even though the first one they catch is some boring member whose name I don't even know. It'll be very interesting to see what goes on in Episodes 25 and 26.

SPD, Emergency! Shadow Ranger!
Power Rangers SPD - Episode 12: "Shadow Pt. 2"
Awesome. Perhaps the best episode so far. I loved how VR spliced in Senati footage with some new action during the countdown. I barely noticed the transition. Good morphing sequence for Shadow as well. It sounds like Gruumm's actually going to get serious as well. Huge plot twist at the end. Benga didn't kill Cruger's wife? Didn't see that one coming. Great acting all around from the actors, especially Cruger's. Piggy continues to be funny. Great episode.

W.I.T.C.H. - Episode 13: "Stop the Presses"
The show continues to not dissapoint. Several funny moments, especially with poor Irma. That Martin, a funny character. The scenes in the newspaper room were also amusing, with Taranee the only one who actually wanted to write. Animation continues to be nice and overral it's an entertaining show so far. Blunk's getting on my nerves though.

Gundam SEED Destiny - Episode 26: "Promise"
Episode 26 had some great moments. Andy as Lacus's agent was hilarious as was Meer's reaction to it. I so wanted to have a face-to-face meeting between the "Lacuses". Talia actually does something this time around. Stellar seems to have dug out the memories of Shinn somehow. I'm really getting a Four Muramase vibe from her and there's a lot in common between this and the respective Zeta episode.

The new endings probably my least favorite of Destiny so far, though that's not saying much as "Reason" and "Life Goes On" were both awesome. It's a catchy country tune.
Tsubasa Chronicle - Episode 1: "Inevitable Meeting"
Decided to check this out, due to my weak spot for CCS. I always liked the animation in .hack//SIGN and the studio has the same good work here. Yuki Kajiura is also here with that special brand of music. Great to see CLAMP characters back in action, and it seems like most of them have even retained their personalities. Sakura's new voice takes a bit to get used to, but it works out. Well done action and the new characters and the ones from CLAMP shows I haven't seen yet all look like interesting characters, and I'm looking forward to getting acquainted.
